O ar condicionado do flat está velho e faz muito barulho, impossível dormir com ele ligado. A água tinha cheiro ruim, quando liga o chuveiro se sente um cheiro muito tuim vindo da água. No mais, tudo certo e de acordo com as expectativas.

Tive um problema com a internet, no anúncio não foi mencionado que a internet só era disponibilizada em áreas comum do hotel e não no quarto. Fora isso a proprietária foi super flexivel

Boa, recomendo.

Tive somente 2 problemas, o ar condicionado é pequeno para o tamanho do studio como um todo, e mesmo não estando um calor muito forte, ele não deu vazão, e a entrada para o chuveiro é muito baixa (bati a cabeça umas 3x), de resto tudo ok como os conformes. O espaço é bom, com porteiros (tem 2 porteiros) 24h e com serviço de limpeza de seg a sab. Não posso avaliar as areas comuns do lugar pois não frequentei a piscina e a sauna.

Ambiente confortável, limpo, espaço razoável para 1 a 3 pessoas, edifício organizado e bem localizado. Destaque positivo para a localização e para a piscina do prédio. Destaque negativo para o ar-condicionado, que não resfria o quarto, e para a ausência de Wi-Fi dentro do quarto. De toda forma, recomendo bastante, pela relação custo/benefício.

Equipado! Confortável! Bem localizado!

Passei 3 dias no Flat Studio Everest, no apto 505. Primeiro ponto positivo: fui super bem atendida pela anfitriã (Paula). Expliquei previamente as minhas necessidades de flexibilidade no check-in e check-out, que foram atendidas. 2: o flat é muito bem equipado: cozinha COMPLETA, jogos de cama e de banho. Chuveiro quente, banheiro confortável. Boa iluminação. O flat é lindo. 3- localização excelente, perto de ótimos restaurantes e em bairro tranquilo! 4- tem serviço de quarto e cantina que funciona do café da manhã as 18h e entrega no quarto. Só posso dizer que: amei. Votarei mais vezes com certeza. 5- os funcionários são muito solícitos, atenciosos e simpáticos. Obs: bom conferir se durante a sua estadia a piscina não estará interditada ou em obras (é uma dica para todo viajante). O Flat possui restaurante perto da área da piscina, é bem confortável.

Bom custo benefício

Bastante agradável. Equipe do flat muito boa e bastante amistosa. Quarto grande e confortável, tudo funcionando bem, contudo as paredes não isolam muito bem o barulho do corredor. A Cantina no último andar não é boa e deveriam fazer uma dedetização no quarto pois vi duas baratinhas francesinhas.
