"The staff was amazing all around, nice helpful etc. but the guy in the Lucky H bar put up with my boisterous family like a champ, he remembered our orders for like 15 people. just a star employee. nice lobby and cafe area, breakfast was great! the pools were awesome. and the rooms were spotless. ..."

"The hotel was beautiful and front desk staff was great. The food was mediocre and the wait staff in the bar have zero customer service skills and are rude. They huff and puff and roll their eyes when you ask for service. It ruined our experience at the hotel we once loved."
