"The website needs to be updated. Part of the hotel looked abandoned and at first we thought it was closed. We chose this hotel because of location to a wedding, and the beautiful photos of the pool and jacuzzi that we talked up for the grandkids. Sadly, the pool and jacuzzi were inoperable. When discussed with the front desk we were told that the pump had blown and the owner hadn't gotten around to getting it fixed. Proud of their old elevator...but floor of elevator frequently misaligns with room level floor making luggage cart useless. "Parking was easy and the breakfast was fine and provided without charge. The TV remote needed new batteries. I was able to live with it for a one night stay. I made the desk aware upon check-out."

"Not enough convenient outlets and outlets need to be repaired. Blackout curtains would help cut down the outside lights."

"It was passable, but don't set your expectations very high. The carpet didnt lay flat, and the flooring by the tub curling up. It's seen better days. The breakfast is only a prepackaged Svenhard's Danish. No prepared coffee with breakfast so you have to make it yourself in the room with the small machine. Next time we go wine tasting in the area we'll be looking for something a little better."

"Unfortunately, on this trip we experienced several issues that made our stay disappointing. The first at check-in when the receptionist told me she could not find my reservation. After several minutes, she eventually located it, but the interaction made it seem as though my check-in was an inconvenience to her. "The room was excellent. Everything worked and was in clean condition. The challenge was the noise from the semi’s parked overnight at the Sam’s location beside the property diesel motors, running all night long. Also charges for parking was a disappointment."
