"Check in Desk clerk said no reservation. When Expedia call Berry Hill Resort 7 days later they said they booked me with the Expedia reservation. Total 100% a lie."

"The hotel was very quiet and clean. The ONLY thing we did not like was the shower. It did not drain well and quickly filled with water."

"We stayed overnight one night on a trip through the area. There was confusion about checking in since we weren’t given check in info ahead and no one was at the place. There was a note and luckily the front door was unlocked so it worked out. Rooms are very nice, done in antique furnishings. Breakfast was good. The manager said she didn’t know about our dogs but we booked through Expedia and I made it known on the reservation and also selected a pet friendly room so not sure what more I could have done. The walls are very thin so you can hear everything."
