"The hotel is in a great location beautiful, however, for what you pay I feel you should not have to pay for parking but you do. I did eat in the Shed Restaurant but the costumer service when I first got there wasn’t good but the waitress was amazing. Would I stay there again yes I would. The location is great"

"Booked apartment for four of us to stay and at the last minute canceled our trip. Was forced to book another room not near our location and more expensive. Cost me hundreds more and instead of a 12 minute commute each day it became a 1 hour commute. Would highly recommend not ever using them."

"The hotel was clean and the staff very professional and helpful. Beds were comfortable our only complaint was about the bed pillows. They were just not comfortable. We asked for additional pillows but they weren’t any better. The breakfast was great: convenient, available and tasty. Coffee available 24/7 and freshly baked cookies in the lobby. I would stay here again."

The shower was another major issue — there were no instructions on how to operate it, and despite trying everything, I could not get it to work properly. The gym was also poorly maintained, with broken equipment that should have been repaired or removed. "Rooms were acceptably clean. The shower would not drain so the desk sent a tech over to address the problem which he did and fixed the issue. Everything about the stay was ok. Nothing exceptional, nothing bad. It was the most typical and normal hotel stay possible. 3 stars."

"Great location. It was spacious & furnished well. The kitchen had useful appliances & cookware. And the Latch app for access worked well once we got the hang of it. The only thing we could fault was the water pressure in the shower. It was really weak. Otherwise, we enjoyed our short & sweet stay. Thank you! "

"From the moment I arrived, I knew this would be a unique (in the best way) experience. There is no grand entrance or elaborate lobby, but the building itself is impressive and fits naturally into its park setting. The location does mean there are no restaurants or conveniences within walking distance. They make up for that lack with ample trails to get your heartbeat up. I can understand the absence of a pool, but given the colder Washington temperatures, a hot tub would have been a welcome...

"Hotel is near grocery stores and shops. It is very clean. Beds were comfy and interior and rooms were modern . My son enjoyed the pool but it was very hot in the pool room. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast but sufficient."
