"Well-appointed room. It was clean and comfortable. It is a great location, being close to the airport makes it very convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a cheaper alternative to the Pullman (next door). It more than fits the bill."

"We stayed as we were flying out very early back to Canada . It was pricey and paying for the shuttle seemed ludicrous. The staff at the hotel lounge we’re honestly terrible! The one gal avoided me as I was standing waiting to order drinks and it wasn’t even busy. Then our burger was raw so the main waiter took it back . The waitress brought two small plates after I told her we were sharing that we’re do small we had to eat small bits at a time and she didn’t even bring napkins :(( Although...

"Great place to stay, has everything you need for staying short term or long term. We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment and was quiet during the night even though we were facing the main road. Bed was comfy and so was lounge. Also had a washing machine and dryer, everything you would find in an apartment. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Will stay again when in Brisbane next."
