"My stay here was great as I was initially disappointed, the hotel I usually frequent was not available. This was my first time at this location and I was pleasantly surprised! The gym was clean and had useful equipment. The onsite restaurant and bar were very nice and accommodating not to mention the Starbucks! The staff were also very friendly. My room over looked the Bay and the huge wall to wall floor to ceiling windows made that view even better!"

"Our room was given to another guest so we were put into a room that had obvious water damage at the entrance. The closet doors are rotting at the bottom. Maybe you should have respect for people that book your rooms to make them feel comfortable. I will never stay at a Hilton again"

"Property was very nice, staff were very nice. Didn’t love that I had to pay for parking, but that seems to happen more and more these days everywhere. The only reason I would not go back was that they played pretty loud music for most of the day, and it didn’t stop at night, just got turned down a bit around 11 or so, but I could still feel and hear the bass from my bed. Everything else was really good. It’s too bad I won’t come back."
