"The room was comfortable and well maintained. The building is an older building but the maintenance is mostly on point. The stair wells and corridors need a bit of a clean up. The parking is minimal but kept tidy. The use of the bag lift is useful for upper floor guests. Great location with the bowls club and cafes near by and close proximity to race course and airports. "

"Hotel was ok. The shower pressure was weak. The bed was quite firm. The onsite restaurant only served breakfast all day. After 10 pm the front desk was closed and you needed your key card to get inside. "

"One night stay for airport transfer - did not use the shuttle bus (late in early out). Taxi was about $40 - $50 each way - so need to factor into booking. Easy after hours check-in with great communication about the process. "

"Room is big but old especially the toilet. No complimentary water for entry room. Location is decent, walkable 10mins to main street. Parking ample space. All tap leaking water slowly even when fully closed, the tap and the bathtub. Then even the toilet bowl was leaking water so it couldn't be flushed anymore. Made a complaint to front desk and they shifted us to a new upgraded room and mentioned waiver on carpark. Had to repack and upgraded room was pretty much the same except higher floor...

"Clean spacious room, upgraded to a king to allow early check in, excellent helpful staff. 10 minute easy walk to south bank with many restaurants and bars and beautiful walks. Other direction to shopping malls with everything you needed. "

"The boom gate on the car park was not working when we arrived but was repaired by the time we left. One of the two lifts was not working for all of our stay. Our bathroom sink plug was stuck but one of the staff managed to dislodge it. "

"No air conditioning and walls seemed very thin and could hear people in the room below talking late into the night. We needed something close to the airport for an early flight and this served the purpose "

"Well positioned. Beautiful room overlooking the river. Expensive onsite restaurants. The only issue was the lifts. The swipe card worked intermittently and that affects the efficient use of the lifts. "

"Beware of loud music noise until 1 am from the pub next to the hotel. Housekeeping came around 5pm. "
