"Overall pleasant accommodation although the arrival/ check in process was a little bit confusing, not helped by the poorly lit surroundings. Rooms are modern, warm and cosy, although pillows didn’t have cases and quite a bit of the previous guest’s hair on both the pillow and in the shower."

"We stayed here for one night, but didn't use the restaurant (there's a Costa and Greggs nearby) or other facilities, so can't comment on those. The entire building looks very new, is in good repair and clean. The room was smart and comfortable. Despite being located close to the A45, it was very quiet. I could barely hear traffic when standing right next to the window. There were only very minor issues: The room's heating was a little noisy (fan noise) when operating, but not terribly so....

"Nice hotel, clean, well looked after. Room was spacious with plenty of nice details and a comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff, good dinner in the evening in the restaurant. Sausages on my breakfast in the morning were cold but it was otherwise nice. However, I booked this as a weekend away on my own (without the kids) since going through a bereavement and was looking for some peace and quiet.
