"2nd time visiting and staying at same place with overall no complaints, room had same vibe, the few issues that were presented was a can opener and pot handle which was addressed promptly when contacting mgmt with clogged drains as well by maintenance. Parking is sufficient. Had a few other visitors from stray chickens, cats and dogs but no issues. Enjoyed time away from home and explored a little more than last visit. The shopping areas have not fully recovered from hurricanes with a few stores...

"At the time the bar was closed for a remodeling in the restaurant, so we left and stayed across the way at the sister hotel."

"The Ritz was a wonderful stay. We booked the club room which I highly recommend because it makes dining so easy + open bar all day for those who care for it. You are 15mins away from a 20min ferry to St John's to explore those beautiful beaches as well. The staff was super friendly & helpful, & the property was spotless. Very nice fitness center/ pool/ and 4 restaurants on site. Highly recommend and will definitely return!"

"The noice in the area was aweful and all u hear starting at 3 am is roosters it was so annoying I’d never stay there again. Trashy neighborhood also music so loud till late hours then a rooster at 3 am !!!!"

"Beautiful hotel with amazing views and a great atmosphere. The property is well maintained and the staff was wonderful. My only concern was the large number of iguanas and the amount of iguana droppings around the grounds. Addressing this issue would make the experience much better. Overall, a lovely stay. The villa was perfect for big family . Have everything and the laundry perfect."

Shopping and restaurants are just blocks away, along with the (in)famous 99 Steps and Blackbeard's right next door. The views from both the bar and our room were truly breathtaking. While the property still has restoration work ahead, the quality of what has already been completed is outstanding. If...

"We love secret harbor. We got married here and returned for our 5th anniversary this year. I must admit it is expensive compared to other resorts on the island but it has EVERYTHING! The beach is quiet and chairs, umbrellas and towels are included rather than an extra cost. The snorkeling right off the shore is amazing! If you don't have your own equipment there is a dive shop on property. Rental was only 15$ a day. My husband and i took an intro scuba dive which he LOVED! no experience needed....
