room was good & the lady’s at reception were lovely - i don’t think that having to wait 3-7 business days for a security deposit to be returned is right especially when we were only told about the deposit when we had arrived

It was a good stay at accommodation near the university. It was spacious clean, tidy and professionally ran. 20 min by Uber to the city and breakfast cafe area 10 min walk down the street.
