The resort was nice aesthetically. The hotel states that it’s a 5 star but I would rate it a solid 4. It lack some qualities to fully be at a 5. At checkin, the staff who assisted us had little information about the hotel and provided incorrect information to a few of our questions. We found it unsanitary ...
