"Be aware that there is on street parking that requires a permit from the city of Wilmington. Red Awni ng worked with me to resolve the issue but it took some time and a few texts to make it work.The on street parking placed me a block and half from the propery. No cost but need proof of renting the space. The GPS sent you down a one way street that does not bring by the front of the property. This was a problem finding the property after dark. No climate control of the rental unit. The bed was...

"Room was very clean and we enjoyed relaxing in the main room with the fireplace and a glass of wine at the end of the day. It's very cozy and welcoming. The staff was friendly and welcoming also. We will come again!"

"This place was amazing! A quiet, beautiful farm with such a cozy and peaceful room. It was so much better than staying in a regular hotel. Lance and Sandy were so kind and accommodating. The charcuterie board was delicious and such a nice treat after a full day of shopping. The barn was open all day, stocked with soda, hot drinks, and even a snack bar for guests. Breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious! We would definitely stay here again. And the best part—it’s only a few minutes...
