"I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and well maintained, with good AC, reliable WiFi, and a fridge and TV that made the stay more comfortable. Breakfast was included and convenient, and the hot water was consistently warm. Overall, everything I needed was provided and I would consider staying again."

"Free laundry at the sister hotel across the street and free printing in the business center. The staff at both the holiday inn and the sister hotel were just the nicest people. Went above and beyond for us! Only con is that the cleaning agent they use is a heavily perfumed floral. If you're sensitive to smells, maybe skip this hotel."

"The location was great; but be ready to climb some steps. The hotel staff and valet service were awesome. Other than our room being right at the elevators everything was great with the room. The only exception was the breakfast. The eggs and sausage were not good nor was the western omelets. My friend got sick after eating it."

"Nice hotel in downtown Greenville. The hotel and room were very clean, staff was friendly, valet parking for an affordable nightly rate. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice enough and I appreciate the 11AM check out."

Key didn’t work, 4 trips to front desk and 50 minutes of wait time until they determined it was an expired battery and gave us entrance Upon checkout we were treated gracefully and PROMISED A FULL REFUND. please be aware of this and execute the refund…. "This property was so close to everything. We walked everywhere. Parked when we arrived and didn’t get back in the car until we left to head back home. Right across the street from the Peace Center where we caught an off broadway show."

"This place is right in the heart of Greenville! Turn left and it’s a short walk to Augusta St Gather GVL and Unity/Mayberry Park. Turn right and a short walk you’re at Liberty Bridge/Reedy Park Falls and Main Street. 30mins walk up Main and you’re at Bon Secours Wellness Arena. Kasa is non contactless apartments (no person in lobby) but contacting them through their portal was always met with quick replies to any questions. The apartment was spacious & clean. "A quaint little B &B with chalkboard walls. Rooms are small which is probably why the largest bed was a queen. Very nice kitchen area. I didn’t like not having any staff on site and relying on codes to open doors. All in all, it was a nice little house but with no staff."
