"It’s a great place to stay when going to an Los Angeles Angels game.. We stay there every time.."

"Pool and hot tub weren’t working, no hair dryer, sink had very low water pressure and toilet water as overly loud; properly older and poorly maintained. No breakfast offered, front desk staff seemed cordial but mentioned room would be cleaned every other day—during our 4 days it wasn’t cleaned once. Room was fairly clean on arrival and close enough to walk to Disney which was a plus."

"Room was clean, plenty of parking, elevator was broken and we were not informed when we checked in, a map showing location of room was not provided by front desk, we stayed 2 nights but our keys were only programmed to work for one night, no apology from front desk regarding keys, breakfast was okay but they were out of coffee with an hour to go before the end of breakfast time."

"The building outside when we arrive looks okay needs to be updated.There was barely any parking options . The staff was very kind and approachable. The inside looks okay you can see they are trying to keep up. The room had a smell we try to put the AC on to ventilate, but unfortunately it was not working. Throughout our the stay we had to had the balcony open door to get ventilation . Our room needed to be updated the bathroom door wouldn’t close right . The floor the walls all needs to be remodel / updated. Breakfast was good they have portions . "

"We usually stay here because is very family oriented and has a lot of neat things to do for kiddos after a long day at Disney this time when we book we did not find comfort in the queen size bed it felt like the middle part of the mattress was digging into our back I asked the front desk if by chance the beds are different from the bi suite from just the suite they could not answer I asked if we could please upgrade if possible I could not it was going into the weekend which is understandable but another let down was when I booked the stay we were looking forward to the pool after Disney stay but when we got their they have been in under construction for the past two months so we where a little bummed that we where not notified as we booked as we could have booked another hotel all in all we really do love this hotel but very disappointed this time around."
