"My room was near elevator and it's use throughout the night woke me. Also, the workout area needs to be updated. But my overall stay was excellent. The rooms were large and kept clean. And the staff was very helpful. Also, the location is excellent. "

"AC was stuck on one speed, no hand soap, only 3 bottles of shampoo. The 2 pillows on the king size bed were tiny toddler size. Outlets were loose and falling off the wall. Lamp switches are broken and difficult to operate. The main elevator is broken so i had to walk all the way around to get to the stairwell. There were police investigating a crime down the hall. I could hear fighting and yelling outside that evening. Trash and litter all over the property. Homeless people roaming around...

"Stayed one night. Had the basic amenities and staff was friendly. Room was dirty and clearly not cleaned prior to our check-in. We found a cigarette butt inbetween the mattress and bedframe. The tables and flat surfaces weren't wiped down and had some residue on them. The duvet had dried questionable stains on it. The bathroom sink was dirty and the shower drain had debris still stuck in it. The walls were dirty and could use a fresh paint job. "
