It was extremely quiet, which is a luxury for my family and I the staff was really really nice and very attentive when we need a towels or anything else and then I mention it was very quiet and 15 minutes away from Clearwater Beach very clean and the mattresses were nice and comfy, and the AC unit was just right no issues whatsoever"

"The ice maker did not work the entire stay. The handicapped access to the front door is blocked by planters. The breakfast omelet was cold. The TV remote did not work. The remote has a button for Netflix, but Netflix is not available. The microwave in the room was damaged and dirty."

"The room was perfect, we specifically filtered a hotle with a bar on site, they do not have a bar. It hasnt been opened for sometime the front desk said. They do sell beer out of a cooler at the front desk. We wanted a real bar tho"

"We had a rough stay here. While I understand this isn't a 4-star hotel, our basic needs were not met. When initially booking this place, it said there was a continental breakfast. There wasn't. It forced us to spend additional money on breakfast. We had many cleanliness issues as well. The floors were so dirty, like they haven't been mopped in years. The grounds were also gross. "Listed as sleeps 6. Only has 1 queen. A day bed that is trundle that has very uncomfortable 2 inch hard pad. The couch does not open to a bed. We booked 3 adults , plus one 16 yr old. They gave us 3 towles. 6 ft tall 16 yr old had to sleep on a short couch. We had to go buy towels because property management would not bring us towels till next day. Backs are sore from in adequate beds.. only book if you have just 2 people. Also the neighborhood is sketchy. No fresh air' windows do not open'...
