"The check-in process is unnecessarily complicated, especially for late-night arrivals. Guests must first park on a yellow curb in front of the hotel, just to get their keys and instructions. The actual parking lot is located around the corner and shared with another property; once parked, navigating back to the hotel requires finding an obscure rear walkway. "Easy check in, clean room, great amenities. I only had one issue. I booked a King bed and ended up with 2 double beds."

"Do not let the old exterior fool you. The inside has been redone and the room was beautiful. The covers on the bed were the best I’ve seen anywhere. Very heavy, comfortable blanket less place I stayed the blanket was very very thin, so I was very impressed by that."

Said they're system glitched but another person was able to check in no problem.The security lock on the door, screws were coming off. Put a table in front of the door. "Room itself, was spacious and overall clean. However, sofa bed protector had staining/hair as with the blankets provided, but the sheets seemed clean. We only stayed one night, so I just opted to use one of the sheets as a blanket instead of going back to the front desk as it was midnight and my children were tired. Breakfast hours were optimal as it was open later than most other hotels (10am.) Indoor seating was a little cramped, but there was outdoor seating available. Food options were...
