"We needed a handicap room in which I requested when I booked the hotel. We were assigned a non-handicap room. I asked staff if they can switch us because for one the tub/shower had no handrails. They advised me that being that we booked through a 3rd party we are not guaranteed the type of room I requested. We were stuck in this room for a couple of days with no effort to accommodate us. "Not a place to stay"

"The room was clean as well as the lobby area and hallways. When we arrived to the room there were pool towels substituted for regular bath towels. When my husband asked for regular towels the next day, the staff seemed irritated by the request. The exterior was not well kept. The pool was non functional and a mess. The front desk staff was indifferent."
