"We had a room 301. We never heard noise from any other rooms, but this room faces a busy road. Lots of traffic noise late into the evening. I would note that water pressure was fairly low in the shower. "

TERRIBLE. attitude, rude, first time staying here and we arrived one night very late so we weren’t sure valet parking was an option that late when asked at the front if we could park at x location the lady said “i mean valet is 24hours so i guess” like we knew that. Instead of being more customer service and offering the valet service. Even when we arrived the guy at the front was not what you would expect to be welcomed...
