"Do not go to this hotel!!! I booked 2 rooms for two nights to attend a funeral. I barely slept because people above me was smoking and each time the person next door flushed the toilet or turned on faucet… I heard it. Dirty rooms to include the lobby chairs. "Refrigerator made noise the whole stay, room was clean and comfortable, staff was very nice people. But however i was needing to extend my stay one more night for work and the price went over three times what I paid per night. I understand prices goes up and down but It went from almost what I paid for the whole week for one night. "

"Our reservation was canceled less than 24 hours before we were going despite them sending a confirmation email the night before. I wasn’t notified by the hotel, only Expedia. When I called, a manager was supposed to call back, 4 hours later I called again. Manager never called. Exact same thing happened to my brother’s family. Terrible customer service!!! "
