"The hotel is in a great location and seem to be quite nice. The front desk staff were pretty unhelpful and not very friendly. Restaurant staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Train your front desk like you do your restaurant staff."

"I will not prefer this property again. They have allotted me the room which was in the Ground Floor and next to the reception. Asked them to give me any other room but they were very stubborn and told that entire property is fully booked. Pathetic behavior. Will never recommend to any one ."

"This is an old, dated facility. Upon opening the room door we were hit with a musty odor that cleared after the window was open for awhile. The carpets are stained and, in some places, threadbare. The bathroom sink had some weird stains that had obviously been there a long time and it appeared that someone had cut themselves with what looked like droplets of blood down the wall by the mirror (entranceway) with more drops on the carpet. The staff were excellent! If I owned the place I'd be...

"It was quiet and comfortable and had everything we needed, including coin laundry, which worked well. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which was very generous for this price. The staff were all very helpful and professional. The only two downsides are that the elevator is very small and smelled quite strongly of smoke (as in cigarettes), and the water pressure is very weak. Overall though, we had a good stay and would recommend."

"Rooms are dated, chipped paint, cracked sink but given proximity to Mosaic and my short stay, these can be over looked. Cleaning staff may be overburdened though. Breakfast ended at 10:00am, and as I sit in the reception area’s high chairs (7:46pm), there still remains on the floor food remnants from this morning. All that said, fine for 24 hour stay but would not recommend for longer than a couple of nights."
