"Always a beautiful hotel to enjoy when in Regina. The check-in went well. The help with luggage wasn’t readily available though. Back entrance for accessibility wasn’t the cleanest and the lift wasn’t working without loud noises which felt unsafe. I loved the front entrance butlers they used to have! Our suite could use some attention. The bathroom was extremely small, paint peeling and the walls were grimy. The kitchen suite didn’t have any plates, or utensils, nor wine glasses or openers. It would be great to have a larger fridge and microwave in the kitchen. The cabinets are old and could use replacement. The beds and bedding are outstanding!! We dined in the lounge three times and the service and food was only fair for the value. We’ve had much better food there. Overall a great stay and time!"

"Good clean and quiet hotel. Room was very spacious and clean but next time I will take my own pillow as they were very hard and it was only a standard pillow on a king size bed which doesn’t make sense to me, it should be a king size pillow!! Breakfast was very good. Will definitely be visiting this hotel again when we visit our son in Regina."
