"I liked that the property was 10 minutes from the hotel, room was spacious, had a large elevator. I didn’t like the lack of communication I received when I reached out after I paid and realized to my mistake that the shuttle did nut run after 11am and we were set to arrive at at 10:15. We were told we would have to meet it by 10:45. That gave us 30 minutes to deplane & retrieve our luggage! What kind of shuttle stops running at 11am? Plus, Every question I asked the hotel came back vague and basically unanswered and I had never been so stressed during any part of any of my travels in all my life! I even had to get Expedia Customer Service involved. They couldn’t even get a complete answer out of them. Worst communication ever! Then, when the shuttle came for us to take us back to the airport there was already a family with 2 small children in it so my husband and I squeezed in and the driver proceeded to drop us off somewhere in the “terminal” area not at departures which wasn’t even close and that poor young family got so stressed as they had so many bags and the driver yelled at them and stated they did not say they wanted to be dropped off at the departure area, and that it would cost him money go to that area! We all spoke up and said, “we”ll pay!” The father of the children handed him the money and he took off like a mad man! I was so happy to get out of that van! Please read all the fine print to this hotel before booking. Twice."
