"This apartment is managed by a management company. It was the only one where I had to pay a damage deposit (150 Euros) up front. You only get refunded 10-15 days after their confirmation of the way we left it. In our case they refunded when I asked for a status after 13 days. The location is near the metro which is wonderful. "The hotel was located about 15 miles from the airport and approx. same from the city. Bus routes are very close by that makes transportation very easy. Rooms are of nice size and are cleaned everyday. Diane at the counter gave us lots of tips on how to travel to the city, which beach to go to and which buses-trains to use. That was very helpful. The breakfast was nice with plenty of choice although it is not included in the price. Pay the night before and save Eu 2.00 on the price of breakfast. Overall our experience was nice."

"Disregard any negative review. We had a wonderful stay. This is a brand new property, modern building, friendly staff, room spotless clean, comfy, spacious, well furnished. About public transportation if you take the metro it's quite a walk, but if you take the bus it's arround the corner, so plan your route to end and start with the bus and you won't have any issues. Highly recommended. Stay here! "
