Great location in terminal 2. I had one night there and got there via tube. Directions were so easy to navigate, and I was able to find the hotel. My flight was conveniently located in terminal 2 so I was able to sleep in and check my bags early. Room service was also great.

The staff was very helpful and offered me the choice of a ground floor room as there was no lift. The room was fine but a bit tired. Redecoration would go a long way.
