"My stay was amazing staff was super friendly. checking in was super easy. Only complaint was that I only had one shower towel."

"Clean and well maintained rooms. The place is huge and finding all the restaurants takes getting used to the layout. Slot machines everywhere and busy for the weekend. Main elevators are a work in process, but the staff points guests to the service elevators which are fast and more spacious. I'll definitely stay there again."

"Rooms updated and clean. Easy kiosk checking. Restaurant choices and food quality very good However at check out, front desk claimed I had a bill from a restaurant. I did eat there one night, but friend paid on his card. Drank and paid cash other time. They were being difficult and I told them I’d dispute with CC company they were not understanding Overall still the best value in Reno"

"This property has not kept up with the times - although it tries.Value is not there and everything feels dated. The room was okay but the noise - almost 24 hours a day - was not good (motorcycles non-stop reverberated a LOT of noise)."

"Room was nice. No elevator, only stairs and all rooms are on 2nd & 3rd floor. Terrible sketchy neighborhood. Bartenders were helpful, especially Jess, as there’s no front desk or luggage assistance."

"I really enjoyed myself here. The room was clean and I had an interior room with a pool view close to the office. I had a fridge, microwave, tv, a desk, chair, 2 beds, heater and air conditioning, soft towels, plenty of storage and lighting, as well as outlets on the walls, lamps, desk and nightstand, and I appreciated the way they did their sheets. Flat sheet, warm brown blanket and then another flat sheet on top. It was really comfortable. I felt safe at night as the facility is well lit. I liked how the property doesn't allow outside visitors/not open to the public and that they are strict on parking. It all adds to me feeling safe. The location is close to downtown and the airport. It made ubering and door dashing a breeze. There is coffee in the office in the morning and best of all, the wifi was super fast and reliable for my college classes. Definitely recommend, love the remodel and effort from the staff. After checking in the front desk called my room and checked on me. It was really nice. Thank you! "
