"This is our second time staying here and I am so glad we found this hotel for respite on long drives. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and accommodating. We arrived during the late evening and the overnight manager was very friendly and thoughtful. The bedding was fresh and the room felt so welcoming after a long time on the road.
The complimentary breakfast is robust and the attendant was so kind. She set out a lovely buffet for so many guests. I particularly enjoyed the yogurt/oatmeal bar with all of the options for toppings.
We travel with two dogs and they were able to relax overnight because the sound from outside the room was muffled well enough. There is plenty of lawn on the grounds to let them out on leashes for bathroom breaks. They have poop bags outside and the lawn was clean so it seems other guests are considerate and clean up after their pets.
I am grateful that the last leg of our trip was such a nice experience."
"The initial assigned room had a very prominent odor that was somehow not picked up on by the staff prior to our stay. Cleaning staff did everything they could to fix it, but after leaving for a few hours and coming back, it was still there.
After raising the complaint to the staff, they assigned is a new room right away, which had no issues at all.
Overall satisfied, but they should do some deeper room cleanings more often."

10/10 Excellent
"Room was clean and well organized. Shower was good, bathroom neat. Room was comfortable, however the desk chair was broken, the back would not stay upright. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good - breaded chicken pieces (?), eggs, bread/bagels, cereal, juice, coffee."

If you're concerned about a clean environment, a holiday rental can offer a sense of security away from public hotel lifts and busy front desks while still allowing you to travel. You'll also find more space in a holiday rental than in a standard hotel, which is another reason why a holiday rental is a popular choice for family gatherings.
