Great property. Clean. New. Great breakfast. Internet and free parking. Close to airport. Great value. Insist on a room facing the back. The front has depressing homeless people due the the property s only flaw. A poor rundown area of Reno. I would definitely book again but I would insist on a room facing the back of the premises and on the top floor. Ps. Got a basic gym.

The staff was polite and accommodating. The room was quiet, but it didnt meet what i usually expected from Comfort Inn. This could have been from cleaning staff. Beds clean. Bathroom could have used a little help. Hair dryer not working. Bathtub was dripping when i arrived and water in tub. Sink could have used a little better cleaning. Breakfast was great. Staff amazing.
