"My sister and I loved our stay, easy to get in and out of the building, The elevators ran without a problem. The staff were super, the food was wonderful, housekeeping was ready to help right away with our needs. the man hauling the garbage even offered to help us put our bags in the car. Wonderful stay and we will be back."

"Wasn’t the worst but wasn’t the best. Pillows are flat, may as well just go without one. You could hear people arguing with each other through the thin walls. The elevator needs servicing, you should never be shaking when riding an elevator. Amenities… zero. Price point should have been way lower for this type of slumming. Pictures on Expedia must have been taken day 1 of opening because they do NOT look this nice. Please lift up the mattress covers… gross"

"The duvet/comforter was dirty, asked for a replacement, he did know what it was and gave us another blanket which had small holes. The bed was very uncomfortable. The fan in the bathroom was so loud. My comment about the breakfast area is that it was very small and cramped, the 4 chairs to each table, chairs we too big for the tables. Very disappointed as I we had 4 rooms reserved, one of our guess were put in room 110, which is between the outside door, the inside door, stairway and the only...

"The actual room seemed to be clean and it was comfortable. The lobby/common area was dirty! Not swept. The lobby bathrooms were GROSS! They had no paper product except for a box of tissues and they smelled like a men’s urinal. This was 7:00am, so not enough time in the day to have gotten as dirty as they were. Breakfast was good and ladies who were in charge of breakfast were SO SWEET! However upon check out, i have NEVER had such a rude experience. At 10am, housekeeping knocked on my door. I...
