Poor customer service
Customer service was poor. Went down for breakfast at 9.30 and was all packed away and the staff was eating breakfast. Try to ask for a refund and was told sorry dont speak english

Alles sehr mittelmäßig. Einige Beispiele: Spinnweben an Decke, statt Seife und Duschgel nur Conditioner, Whirlpool kalt, Aufbackbrötchen statt Bäckerbrötchen, schlechte Schalldämmung, kein Fahrstuhl. Lichtblick: Pool, Lage am See und freundliches Personal beim Frühstück.
