"This hotel is in a great location. It was a nice hotel 20-25 years ago, but now the furniture and carpets are old, worn out, and stained. Staff are friendly, but the owners obviously do not invest in the hotel anymore. There are many better hotels in Sarajevo for a lot less money. "

"I don’t have any bad review regarding the property but definitely I have bad feedback to their customer service. The management of this hotel was very unhelpful and inflexible regarding my reservation. I had booked a two-night stay for May 10–12; a month in advance, I requested to cancel without seeking a refund and simply asked that they issue a credit for a future trip. My reasons were more than sufficient: the global situation regarding the war is obvious, and U.S. government authorities are advising citizens against traveling due to jet fuel shortages affecting many countries. Consequently, I did not wish to take that risk. Initially, I booked a reservation with a full refund option; unfortunately, however, I got confused and failed to notice that the deadline to cancel was March 11th. I thought it was May 9th which I believed gave me plenty of time to cancel yet despite having paid a higher rate, they still refused to issue me a credit for a future trip. Be very careful when making reservations at this hotel, and don't let the same thing happen to you, so I ended up losing all my money."

"All was great and we even got an early check in However I was quite disappointed as the property was not responding to me when I was sending messages to them via hotels.com app requesting for early check in . Bfast was ok not great "

"Stay was super, and staff very helpfull. Only thing, that can happen was that during my stay pool was closed. But rooms, staff, breakfast - perfect."

"The hotel is overall very good and welcoming, with friendly and hospitable staff and so clean. My main criticism is that there was not a single glass or cup in the room for drinking water. Also, there was nowhere in the bathroom to place a toothbrush, shaving items, or other toiletries. Normally, most hotel bathrooms provide at least a cup or a small holder for toothbrushes and toothpaste. Another issue was the lack of a shower door or curtain, which caused the entire bathroom floor to get completely wet after every shower."

"Lovely boutique hotel in a very central location near to all main sites. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. The room had good facilities but could have done with a bit of updating but overall would recommend."

"I had a fantastic stay at the Malak Regency Hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make everything smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. The overall hotel experience was excellent — everything felt comfortable, well-organized, and welcoming. The highlight of my stay was the receptionist, whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch. She was amazing — truly helpful, courteous, and polite, and made a lasting impression with her professionalism and kindness. One of the standout features was the breakfast. The variety was impressive, with so many options that it was impossible to try everything. No matter what you’re in the mood for, there’s something there for you. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting."
