The one bedroom apt was clean and nicely laid out as expected. Wifi was good. There were enough towels. There was no blanket for the sofa bed. The facility was not ideal for someone with mobility issues (walker). From the elevator to the apt we had to walk 0.2 miles. Walk-in shower request could not be honored, but we were informed ahead of time. Responses to emails were slow.

This was an incredible experience. It was home away from home but better!! I enjoyed how quiet it was. It was so clean and smelled fresh. Everything worked perfectly; all of the appliances and the WiFi. I absolutely look forward to staying here again!!

Loved the location and property was pretty, modern, clean and easy parking. Gym was great, but pool was not clean so could not use. Full Kitchen was great to have and mostly stocked. My cons are not many. For the money it would have been nice to have a kitchen towel and more than one kitchen trash bag. Last was poor communication when I wanted to extend my stay, tried through call, text and email and was able to get any response.

The gentleman who checked me in was wonderful…I wish I got his name but he was welcoming and super friendly. When I walked into the unit, the TV was on and it sounded like someone else was there…which startled me. There was a door missing from the bathroom vanity, there was trash in the kitchen disposal, no hangers in the closet and scuff marks on all of the bedroom walls and dresser. I’ve stayed at other Global Suites before but this one could definitely use a little TLC.

Don’t do it.

The front desk people don’t want to help you. Because you are a third party rental things are complicated with parking especially. The building next door is under construction so it was loud. The bed was hard as a rock. The room was comfortable but the e bed was miserable. The area is great but the tenants in the building make it obvious that they do not like renters. I have stayed at global luxury suites before in Reston town center and it was great but I will never stay at this location again. I travel every other week to the area for work for three years and this is the last place I will ever stay again. The place is clean but the experience for anything over two days is not worth it.

The room was spotless, but there were some areas where, like scar black nord from the walls.Some epoxy of glue on round trim of door interest.The closet where the vacuum and iron boardThe door part was crush from the main door. My stay was amazing. The only downside is that I forgot my jacket and when I realized and went back the concierge could t let me n to get it and we could not reach anyone at Global Luxury.

Check In: The check in process is not well organized. The staff onsite are not equipped to answer questions about the stay and are not polite either. The customer service team for Global Luxury is not the most responsive via text/email and by phone it’s like “the luck of the draw” when it comes to whether or not you’ll get someone who is helpful. Apartment: The building/unit was older. The bathroom sink drained very slowly. The walls were dirty, the shower water didn’t get very hot. The bathroom floor, sink, and toilet had hair on them. I wouldn’t stay in this particular building again.

Beware, not a hotel

Do not book if you intend to have the amenities of a hotel. No option to use the property amenities either before 4pm on check in day or after 11am on check out day. Other than that the property is beautiful but wouldn’t book again for my needs.

When I arrived Churchhill had not prepared the guest packet for me, so the person at the property was not able to give me a key. 8pm on a Monday I had to contact their night help desk. The person there was confused. I waited around in the lobby for about 15 minutes while she figured it out. My dinner got cold and my groceries got warm. I was never given the customary information - including wifi details. When I finally got into the unit, there was a dog barking in the unit next door for 3 hours. The walls were so paper thin it might as well have been in the unit with me.

My fiancé and I were in the area for a friend’s baby shower. I figured we’d make a cute night out of it and find a different hotel than the usual Marriott or Hampton. Our day started rough and traffic was mounting along our route down from New York. I called the location to let the staff know that we would be coming in pretty late. They reassured me that there is someone tending the front desk 24/7 so our delayed ETA was no problem. By the time we arrive we’re exhausted, a little bummed that traffic had other plans for our cute night away, and just ready to fall into bed. However, the entrance is virtually nonexistent. We see a door to the hotel with the correct address, on a corner of a construction area blocking off a street we are supposedly supposed to turn down as per our GPS guidance. There is literally no one in sight, and the door to the lobby is locked. Needless to say we were very confused.
