"This is a great boutique hotel with novel decor and comfortable beds. No service and self check in/out, although there was a young lady there when we checked in using the kiosk. It was good she was there because our credit card would not do touchless payment for the amount of the bill and she was able to use a chip card reader. If she wasn't there, I don't know what we would have done. Better to pay ahead. Info about braakfast was there, but none was actually offered. No one was there until...

"Very clean, nice staff, very conveniently located in the town center, walkable to bus stops. If you park at the garage, you get a free Fussen Card which can give you free bus (and more) rides to the Neuschwanstein and even discounted admission tickets. Beds are very very comfy too!"

"We arrived through a little gate into a beautiful garden and followed the path to the Hotel Reception. We were met by a lady who was very helpful. The room was a good size and we were surprised it had a balcony. (It was shared by the room next door but there was no one in it so we had the balcony to ourselves) The hotel also has a sauna which I hadn't picked up on when I booked so that was another lovely surprise.
