"Hotel is in the remodeling phase. Our room was pretty good. Lots of construction so very noisy. Don't stay here thinking you're getting a typical hotel breakfast, it's bad. There is no place to sit. All they had were two kinds of cereal. Pre packaged muffins, a loaf of bread, coffee and juice. Price is good for how close your are to the beach. Rooms have fridges and hallways have microwaves. Stay here if you are looking for a good clean room pretty close to the beach comparatively speaking."

"The room was horrible. When we arrived, we inspected everything to make sure it was clean and working properly, and we came across several issues. The sink was clogged and filled with dirty water. The floors looked like they had never been mopped. The bed had large yellow stains, and the pillows had both hair and stains on them. The bed covers were also dirty. The food at the hotel was disappointing. The breakfast options consisted mainly of cereal and bread that appeared to be expired. The only positive thing about this place was the staff. They were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the hotel itself needs significant improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and food quality."

"Room was alright. Of course what you are paying for is location. The price at any other average place would get you a much better room and hotel. But could see the ocean in the distance from the room! The quality of the furniture, mattress, etc. was not so great but a restful night."

"We stayed in room 163. Our shower head was completely broken, & with how large & heavy it was - it can definitely pose a safety risk. There were ants in the shower & also the toilet paper holder was broken. The WiFi is a solid 0/10. It absolutely does not work no matter where you’re at in the hotel. I do not think this hotel was worth almost $700 for two nights. The staff members were really nice & accommodating. If it were for the staff alone, we would stay here again. Due to all the other things, we will not."

"Clean private room/with private bathroom/Staff at check-in was very helpful/Beachview-Oceanview in our private room was great! In walking distance to everything needed. Parking is horrible everywhere in Hermosa Beach that was the only downside was parking from Friday to Monday morning it was the worst!"

"Great location! Several beaches and restaurants within a short walk. The room was clean, no issues with the keypad or access. All room ammenities were in working condition and balcony had a wonderful view of the ocean and marina. The staff was friendly and accomodating. Theyve created a a fun, refined & relaxed atmosphere which made it feel less commercial and more personalized. The service we received on top of that was top notch. This will definitely become my new spot in Redondo!"
