"What a lovely place to stay! The hotel is situated right above the river, with hills behind for a beautiful view. There is geothermal activity all around the property, including a vent right on the property where they will cook you an egg if you want! Two hot tubs, a little pool and a sauna complete the experience. Rooms were clean and comfortable. To be honest, it's where we slept to prepare for the next day's adventure. A tasty restaurant on site with a delicious breakfast every morning....

"The apartment was very cozy and a nice place to rest after an overnight flight (the comfortable mattress and black-out curtains were appreciated!) Very comfortable washroom and shower. It even had laundry facilities! Parking was easy. Staff at the restaurant below helped with check-in process. We took our morning walk in the nearby Geothermal park which has a geyser. "This is a beautiful hotel the main floor and café your area are full of plants, a nice café with pleasant staff working there and even a little shopping. The rooms are good size and comfortable, but a little dated. That wouldn’t stop me from staying here. I also found the stuff to be very helpful when I needed to change a night there was no questioning. " Good Clean room, very supportive staff. Good breakfast options and nice hot tub. Has lots of nooks or places for people to read or hangout outside of the room. Good choice for anyone's stay. Only slight downside is rooms are not very sound proof. Overall I would rate this a solid nothing wrong, but nothing overly special about it either. But does have very nice staff. "

"The instructions were not accurate in getting into the unit and it took pver 15 min to get in. The bedding was dirty and looked used. There was zero heat and was very very cold. The hot tub was not filled and warm and when i asked i was given a rude explanation on it and that thw instructions in the unit would explain. They didnt. They were not able to fix the heat and i had 2 seniors and a child ao we had to bundle up. So not worth the money. "

"This was a very nice place to stay. The apartment we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. Nice views out the windows and the balconies were also nice. I liked that it was very well equipped with dishes and pots and pans to use for our own cooking needs. The washer and dryer were also very helpful for our needs with our kid's dirty clothes.
