Perfect location! Parking garage but usually full in evening but street parking is free at night until 9 am. Excellent breakfast. Kettle and bathroom amenities in the room. I do recommend this place good value!!!

This was a nice property. It’s around a lot of shops and dining places also a convenient store is in walking distance of the hotel. They have complementary breakfast. Hotel is close to NCL cruise port.

The hotel's pictures were misleading. The parking situation was particularly challenging, with disproportionately few spaces and an inconvenient parking pass system. The hotel has an underground garage with fewer than 20 spots, making it difficult to navigate, especially without a passenger to hold the button. The room was small with very dim lighting, and the bathroom lacked a fan for ventilation. Additionally, the elevator was slow and rundown. Moreover, the staff allowed people to blatantly cut in front of us while we were waiting to check in. If you have the option, I would recommend choosing a different hotel.

Great location and easy parking with a private parking garage accessed by your room key. Easily walkable to restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. Delicious complimentary breakfast. Lovely room with comfortable bed. Would definitely stay here for future visits to Reykjavík!
