"The room unfortunately had bed bugs. It was our first night in Iceland and thankfully we were only 1 night at the property. In addition 1 of 2 heaters in the living room was not working and so it was colder than it needed to be. Communication with the host was poor - we reached out a number of times on the bed bug issue but got no response. Am just glad that the stay was only one night and didn’t ruin the rest of our vacation "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay at Hali Country Hotel. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight, featuring delicious homemade breads and freshly prepared lamb, with a wide variety of fresh and abundant options each day. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and we especially appreciated the all-day coffee and tea station available in our building. Dinner (at an additional cost) was also excellent, with the lamb chops being a standout. In the evenings, the views around the hotel were simply breathtaking, adding to the overall experience. All in all, it was a wonderful stay, and we absolutely loved it!"
