"Værelset var meget slidt- der var beskidt. Det var skimmelsvamp på fugerne på badeværelset og små fluer. Pool området var overfyldt og personalet virkede ikke til, at de gad deres gæster på hotellet. Spisesalen var ligeledes overfyldt og personalet gik ikke særlig meget op i hygiejne - ofte manglede ..."
