"The location is great and staff are lovely. Breakfast was tasty and there was always plenty of food on offer. There appeared to be a lack of housekeeping. We stayed for a week and during that time the room was not vacuumed, the bathrooms floors were only washed once and most days staff just checked the bins and towels and left. There was also a lot of mould on the shower walls. A ramp at the hotel entry is needed for luggage."
