"We love staying here. We have stayed here many times. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is a huge benefit if you are exploring downtown. We were a walk away from everything on our list. Rooms are big and bed is comfortable. Breakfast was good too. "

"We had to stay there for a dance comp, so weren’t really looking for anything super nice, just sleeps able. Well, not this place. It was horrific ~two men were fighting outside as we drove up and the cops came, one man was arrested~ whose mother lives on property😳FILTHY room, hair on bed and BLOOD splattered on desk. We left immediately. I was absolutely mortified. NEVER AGAIN. "

"My room flooded from the shower and they kicked me out instead of helping me find somewhere else to stay I came from the club roofied and they kicked me out cuz I passed out in the shower but it’s a stand up shower so the drain should’ve never flooded"

"They were working on elevators. Only 1 out of 3 were working. The one that was working broke with several people on it including a father, his son, and daughter. They were stuck for 25 mins. There was a picture of a pool on the website, and there was no pool. They advertised a hot breakfast buffet but did not have any. When I went to the front desk to ask a girl with braids gave me attitude like I was screaming when I was perfectly calm. There was smoke i. The elevator from them jackhammering, before it broke. She said none of it was their fault. She told me that I received an email about the on sight constuction. I called corporate, so could hear how terrible it was throughout the building. It was honestly laughable, except my overweight Dad with heart conditions had to walk down and up 6 flights of stairs everytime he went to the room. "

"There is a church providing meals to the homeless across the street- I stayed to be able to walk to the convention center but the street had people on it at all hours of the day and night who were struggling with their mental health and I did not feel safe as a woman with my children walking on the street. Please be aware as I saw no other reviews that mentioned this. The hotel itself is fine and if you valet and get in your car and leave it’s ok. "
