Great hotel in a lovely location right near the beach. The rooms are spacious, clean and have all you need. There are shops nearby and the bus to Rhodes/Lindos is across the road. Hotel staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. Margarette and Antonia especially. Views are amazing. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Very simple apartment accommodation in a fantastic location and with a very friendly and thoughtful staff. This is primarily for families looking to travel in Rhodes, with easy beach access in Faliraki and a short distance away from many great things to do and see.

Great value for the money. Excellent service and kind reception. Bus goes every 20 minutes both ways, easy to travel to other destinations. Amazing view from the top floor. A little long way to the breakfast area, 450 meters to walk. Quiet pool area, in september season.

Our forth visit to Epsilon Hotel Apartments. The staff is fantastic and that Antonia in the reception is a Scandinavian speaker is priceless! We got a warm welcome when arriving late at night and all our questions and requests were taken with genuine interest. The cleaning ladies also really did their job well and were always very friendly. The rooms with a sea view is a treat and the sea is just a short walk away.

The staff were amazing, very considerate and helpful. Our flight was delayed and they still accomodated us. My only suggestion would be to offer guests breakfast or even a tea/coffee station as most of the restaurants near by open at 9:30am

Horrible staff, and so many hidden charges

You need to pay for pool towels, room safe etc etc you don't get shampoo, told to use the hand soap!! I travel a bit but this was as bad as it gets for 4 star. Not sure how it gets such good ratings. If you still go ahead and book ???? Ask for a view because the photos are probably from a few rooms

This was our second stay at Epsilon Apartments, within a few years apart. The big change is what appears to be the separation from Ammadus, which is now a new hotel down the road. The impact - pool is far smaller and not as good as it was, no direct access to hotel bar/restaurant (you can visit the beach bar as a guest), and no breakfast on site (actually served at Esperides Hotel down the road). All of these changes are a bit downgrade from our past experience. With that said, there are still many pros - staff is super friendly, apartments are spacious and very pleasant, location is great. Recommended for families that are ok with finding their own breakfast spot outside (plenty of options), ok with beach or traveling (vs pool). As we are both of the forementioned, we had a good time and enjoyed our stay.

We arrived at the Epilson Hotel on the 06/06/2023 in the early hours of the morning. Upon arrival we took the keys and made our way to the room, as we entered the room it was filthy with hairs in the shower and all around the bathroom and overall the apartment was not in the condition you would expect a hotel room to be in. In the morning we went downstairs for breakfast to be told that we had to take a shuttle bus to another hotel for the food, this is when we also found out that the pictures on the advertisement for the hotel were false. This hotel is not on the beachfront and does not have a beach bar and loungers, those photos are of the hotel in front which the receptionist stated you could use if you paid for it. We then decided that we wanted to check out and move hotels, we contacted Expedia and spoke with the hotel who agreed that we could leave and would receive a refund. After we left the hotel and booked into another one we were then informed that the manager has since refused the refund and Expedia are absolutely useless hiding behind this as a reason to not send the money back. All in all if you are looking at booking this hotel be aware that the pictures are not the hotel you are booking and this is the hotel in front. We have never left a hotel in our lives and if it was just the cleanliness of the room we may have stayed, do not book with this hotel extremely disappointed and now out of pocket.

Fornøyd og kommer gjerne igjen. Noen små mangler.

Beliggenhet, nærhet til strand og busstop er kjempebra. God standard på rommene og vi kommer gjerne tilbake. Kjøkkenet på rommet manglet litt bestikk og redskap. Shuttle buss til nabohotellet der frokost serveres fungerte greit, men som oftest kom ikke bussen til oppsatte tider. Hadde ikke valgt inkl frokost igjen pga dette. Svak wifi og mobildekning dekning på rommet.

Familieferie på 4. Gutt på 3 og ungdom på 16. Ikke særlig barnevennlig for sønnen vår på 3 år. Fikk rom i 5 etasje uten solforhold, kjedelig utsikt. Terrassen ble derfor ikke brukt slik vi håpet. Utsikt ned på taket på kjøpesenter. Skummelt å ha en aktiv 3 åring der. Badebasseng var for voksne. Heldigvis var stranden et steinkast i fra. Vi hadde frokost inkludert. Her måtte vi til et annet hotell for å spise. Noe som var litt tungvint (og burde vært opplyst om). Hotellet organiserte med buss bort. Vi hadde heller ikke lov å ta med mat derifra til rommet. Godt utvalg av mat, men veldig smakløst. Ellers var det et fint leilighetshotell, serviceinnstilt personal. Tommel opp for treningsrom. Supermarket i samme bygg. Lite utvalg og høye priser. Litt øde, veldig få spiseplasser. 20-25 min spasertur til Falirak by. Der likte vi oss. Godt utvalg av spiseplasser, spillehaller og aktiviteter for store og små.

Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta. Huoneet isot ja siistit. Ilmastointi toimi hyvin. Suihkun paine hieman huono. Huone siivottiin päivittäin ja tuotiin uudet pyyhkeet. Uima-allas oli melko pieni, mutta ajoi asiansa. Allas-alue oli siisti ja löytyi myös kuntosali, pingispöytä jne. Sijainti kuitenkin ihan rannan tuntumassa. Lyhyt ja helppo kulku myös vesipuistoon ja Kalithea Springsiin. Hotellin yhteydessä pieni ruokakauppa, ravintola, autovuokraus ja Falirakin ostoskeskus. Hyvä pysäköintialue ja taksit hotellin edessä. Hotellin edestä meni myös suoraan bussit esim Rhodos ja Lindokseen. Menisin uudelleen koska vain.

Selon notre opinion, cet appartement n'a pas un bon rapport qualité/prix. En effet, nous pensions avoir une vue mer, celle ci n'était que partielle car deux bâtiments devant. Ce même bâtiment est vieux et mal insonorisé. La 1ère nuit, nous avons dû appeler la surveillance car à 4h du matin, nous ne dormions pas à cause de la musique de l'appartement du dessus (nous avons eu une assiette de fruits frais pour dédommagement). Des va-et-vient permanents tous les matins des camions qui livrent le grand hôtel face mer devant l'Epsilon. La piscine est grande mais entourée de 4 murs derrière le gd hôtel. Les transats sont payants à la plage 8€ chaque comme la plupart des transats dans d'autres plages. Les appartements n'ont que des kitchenettes qui ne permettent pas de cuisiner. Les points positifs : appartement propre et suffisant pour 2. A la réception, le personnel est très aimable et arrangeant. Comme nous voulions partir, ils nous ont proposé plusieurs alternatives pour changer d'hôtel mais à chaque fois nous devions rajouter un certain montant par nuit, nous sommes donc restés dans cet établissement. Nous avons payé cette location trop chère. Pour le même prix à deux, vous pouviez être dans des hôtels en demi pension avec grande piscine face mer, des activités et la gratuité des transats et bien d'autres services.
