Momentum Villa’s are modern and stylish with excellent amenities throughout. The location is handy for transport to Rhodes as well as many local dining and shops nearby. The pool is excellent and this place would make a great holiday for a family looking to explore beautiful Rhodes.

We stayed as a group of 6 in one of the villas and our experience was amazing. Upon arrival, Georgia and the owner were so welcoming and had the villa ready for us. The villa was so clean and had everything we could need. The villas are a less than 5 minute walk from 2 supermarkets, one of which we can vouch for has everything you could need. There’s also a delicious bakery a 5 minute walk away. The location is perfect since you’re away from the hustle and bustle of the old town but only a 20-30 euro taxi ride away from the old town. Our experience at Momentum Villas was amazing, and that’s largely thanks to Georgia who is one of the best hosts we have all encountered on our travels. Georgia was friendly and quickly responded to any queries we had, however small they may have been and always with a smile on her face. Georgia is the type of host to make people want to come back and visit again so soon since she really leaves the relaxing up to us and does everything she can to help. The only downside we can even think of is that the pool is 1.4m deep and most of us in our group is short! Maybe we just need to learn to swim…

Villa de qualité et confortable.

Villa à l'extérieur de Rhodes construite avec des materiaux de qualité, literie très confortable, équipements adaptés à un séjour agréable, service efficace et sympathique, piscine individuelle qui est parfaite et qui apporte un réel plus à cette villa. Bref une très belle adresse. Prévoir néanmoins une voiture pour rayonner et visiter les plus belles plages (cote Est) de Rhodes.

Это самые современные виллы на Родосе. Полностью оборудованные всем необходимым для проживания. Отличное место расположение, пляж в 200 метрах (необорудованный, но очень удобный вход в море и при этом практически безлюдный). Очень гостеприимный хозяин, который поможет с любым вопросом. На Родосе это лучшее предложение в соотношении цена качество.

I would highly recommend it to everyone

We've had such a wonderful time at momentum villas . The house was wonderful in architecture way and super modern in style. The pool was amaizing and we enjoyed every part of our time there, from the early mornings to the late nights. We felt like we were at our home because of everything that was provided. The service was great and the house was always clean and sharp The owner was very kind and was always there if you could need anything. We had bbq every night by the pool wich had an amaizing view at night. The location was great, near the center and the beach. I would highly recommend it to everyone

Struttura moderna, nuova e stupenda. Curata nei minimi dettagli ed arredata con gusto. Presente ogni comfort. Impagabile la piscina ed il giardino impeccabile. Il proprietario gentilissimo, disponibile presente x ogni necessita (in realta' quasi nulle perche tutto perfetto). La spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi , praticamente dietro casa. La posizione delle ville e' assolutamente strategica perche' a 10 minuti da Rodi citta e, in auto si raggiungono comodamente le spiagge piu belle i.Ristoranti e market vicinissimi!. Consiglio a tutti di soggiornare qui ...tornero' sicuramente!

The property is brand new, secluded from the daily noise and has a wonderful industrial interior that is top notch. Takis and Maria were beyond welcoming and made our stay to the property a beautiful experience throughout our 8 days stay. Everything is quite close to the property and the most beautiful beaches are on a 30min drive away which made the location an excellent place for us. Suggestions for the best restaurants and places to visit were given by Maria almost every day and helped us enjoy the best, non tourist places in the island. Thank you for everything!
