"Gentleman on reception was helpful and spoke good English (thank you)as was the lady in the morning. The room was clean enough,shame the curtains didn't cover the windows. The mattress was hard and the pillows were diabolical,absolutely useless to act as any sort of head comfort.Breakfast was adequate for the money,not a huge selection but you're not going hungry(TIMOTHY YOU ABSOLUTE WEAPON,read previous reviews 🙄)Ample safe parking(i was on a motorbike, no problem)Nothing surrounding the place,it's on an industrial estate, they have beer and a Subway s 4 minute walk away.All in all,can't grumble for the price,cheers."

"My favorite hotel in Jena, perhaps even Germany! It truly feels like a home away from home. The rooms are always spotless, comfortable, and have such a welcoming atmosphere that I immediately feel at ease every time I arrive. "The real stand-out was the breakfast. It had absolutely everything, including champagne. The staff were generally friendly, although we did overhear a conversation where one member of staff was the opposite of friendly. Otherwise, staff were just wonderful. Our room was roomy ... the bed was a dream. Haven't slept so well for years. It is expensive, but the breakfast was worth every cent!"
