"Extremelly helpful staff,very kind and always ready to support. During our stay someone had stolen our goggles and towels and staff helped at least a little compensate. Also as we had an early flight we were on the island 9hrs prior to check in. Staff made our room available sooner as well we were ..."

The hotel is not complete,spa facilities were not available. Websites mention hotel is new, not unfinished. Reception staff & concierge were great. San Miguel is beautiful,ribiera grande not that attractive. SATA connections via Lisbon v. poor.
