"After booking a 3 stars hotel we been moved to a 2 stars hotel. No refund on price difference, staff nice and polite. The room was nowhere near renovated as advertised, split beds (very uncomfortable). The included

did not had alternatives except for sweets. usually being a buffet, instead we been served by the kitchen staff. "

"It's a very nice hotel, humble but clean and the manager was on site all the time ensuring everything was good. The staff were very nice and helpful. The free aperitive in the evening was a nice surprise too. We enjoyed the hotel bikes everyday making the trip commuting easy. The walk to the train station is super easy even with luggage. We'd come back if the opportunity comes. "
