The staff was friendly, but the hotel, rooms, and grounds needed upkeep and updates. I did not get the included breakfast. I did have a dog with me and had a room on the ground floor that I assume was regularly used for those with dogs. The chair cushion was visibly stained, the grout in the shower ...

Hot tub jets did not work. Very limited assistance, not able to receive towels for swimming. Wall in our room in bathroom had purple substance on it, did not appear to be cleaned. Not a good experience-
