I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Parramatta in general. The staff was excellent, especially Ruben at the front desk. It’s the tab that says TV. I don’t want Netflix and YouTube. Second day room, smelt cat piss, accused me of causing it. Third day, mini fridge stopped working. Accuse me of breaking it. Front Desk had no extra fridges available, nor wanted to Fix. 13 Dollar continental breakfast was minimal. The croissants were stale and hard and no clean metal forks, terrible nightmare of a Hotel!! Kirketon Hotel on downtown Sydney. All three Front Desk. People are great. Gave Maps told me the best attractions in Sydney(. I even tipped$$$ them). "

"Clean and spacious, quiet location and walking distance to and from the shopping centre; reason for a rating of 3 is the hidden charge deducted from the hold fee of $50; I was not notified about what the deduction was for as we did not consume any product from the bar fridge; but overall, the hotel is a nice property and good value for money"
