"Expedia has the check-on time listed as 3pm, but after arriving around 2:30pm after a long 13 hour drive to get there, I was informed by hotel staff it wasn’t until 4pm. Other than that the hotel was clean and comfortable! "

"The pictures do not accurately reflect the rooms at all. Very run down, dirty, the carpet was gross, no hot water, and our shower did not work. The A/C unit made a terrible noise, which made it hard to sleep. This is also a motel, which we could not tell from the pictures."

"The building was not well maintained especially on the outside. The pool was not filled and what water was there was green. There was trash all around the building which didn’t seem to get picked up. We were in a non-smoking room, but a few doors down from a smoking room and it was horrible. "DO NOT STAY HERE! I showed up to check in and was told that I was scheduled to be on the third floor and that the elevator was broken. I have disability and therefore was not able to transport luggage up and down three flights of stairs. The staff there told me they would cancel the reservation and I anticipated that would be completed and I would not be charged or would be refunded. Two weeks later, I have still not been refunded my money and even after calling Expedia as well as the hotel...

"The Bathroom. The Pretty Room looked like a picture in a Book & it reminded me of Walmart bedding Department. I’m pleasingly pleased to have spent the night. It would be nice if the drapes had weights to avoid being blown up by the Air Conditioner. I was also pleased with breakfast. The food service staff was so friendly. She made my second waffle prettier than the one I poured.Her service was amazing & appreciated. Every issue I thought I had was addressed & solved."

I went to front desk and informed him and was told i needed to speak with the manager and the manager doesnt get in until 7AM. So basically we had to sleep on a broken bed.
