The hotel is located conveniently off interstate highway 95 exit, nice and safe neighborhood. We checked in at 11:30pm and there was a staff at the front desk. She was nice and helpful. We settled down easily. The room, beds and bathroom were nice and clean. For the price, I gave this place 5-stars

The bed was not properly secured to the pedestal. It rock and creaked all night with all movements. Can't do anything about the highway, so that was my fault for stopping at 12 of the 38 pictures. We've stayed in Baymonts before so we were surprised that the overall property was so beat up.

Room was drafty, as the door seal let in freezing cold air. The window even with curtain drawn let's in a ton of light. The ceilings were dilapidated. The room had baseboards coming off the wall. There were handprints on the mirrors from someone else. Dirt and doritos on the floor from another guest. The road noise is incredibly loud and are not sound proof walls. There was a couple fighting outside my window at 2am. The girls doing both my check in and check out claimed different things and were incredibly unhelpful. I will never stay here again. Disputing charges And warning people of this hell hole.

We found this hotel, not up to the Baymont or Expedia standards. The hotel was in such bad repair and it felt unsafe. They are obviously not taking care of this property and it shows. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had staying in a Baymont or an Expedia promoted property.

While the room on the surface (sheets, towels, surfaces) were clean, the details left a lot to be desired. I wouldn't sit on the apholstered chair because of the surface dirt. While the fridge was clean, the freezer was so dirty, I had to cover the bottom to be able to put my ice packs in it. When either my husband or I sat on the bed, the metal support made a horrible noise. Granted we did not complain for another room, but we were tired and had already moved all our travel bags into the room. Staff was good on check in and out.

I booked this trip three weeks ago, I got an email the day before stating it was cancelled. I didn’t cancel it, so I called. The receptionist rudely told me they were overbooked and my room was cancelled, then hung up. I was unable to see my husband who’s been at boot camp for 83 days now. Heartbroken to say the least.

The key card entry to the room 108 was tempermental had to hurry quickly to pull down handle in order to open it or it wouldn't open. Room was musty smelling when I first entered it. Bedframe was squeaky so everytime I turned in bed it would squeak.

The room was dirty. The towels were stained. The bathroom door looked like it had been kicked in and then had the knob replaced. The bottom of the bathroom door was warped and rippled as if it had been in water for an extended period. The grounds while mowed were not "manicured" the picnic table in the back was warped and missing boards. There was a collapsed shed (?) next to the picnic table. All in all a pit.
